Cow Milk Cheeses

The foundation of many of our traditional style cheeses, cow milk cheese is now the largest output of our cheese making factory. The yellow straw hues in our cheese are a reflection of the quality milk sourced from cows that are fed on lush grass pastures. Rich and smooth, our cows milk cheeses have become household favourites and enjoyed all around the nation.


Goat Curd

Adelaide Hills Camembert

This is a rich surface ripened Camembert made from milk sourced within the Adelaide Hills. When the cheese is ripe it is soft and creamy in texture and develops cheesy cauliflower flavours and velvety mouth feel.

Available in retail barcoded 125g & 200g rounds.


Adelaide Hills Brie

This is a rich surface ripened Brie made from milk sourced within the Adelaide Hills. When the cheese is ripe it is soft and creamy in texture and develops earthy mushroom flavours and velvety mouth feel.

Available in retail barcoded 125g, 200g & 450g rounds.

Available for food service in 50g triangles, 1.2kg wheels and 3kg wheels.

Adelaide Hills Double Cream Brie

As the name suggests, we add cream to the milk to increase the amount of butterfat before continuing to form the curds into a luscious Brie style cheese. Due to the increased level of cream there is a balanced acidity to offset the increased decadent buttery texture.

Available in retail barcoded 125g, 200g & 450g rounds.

Udder Delights Heysen Blue

Named after Hans Heysen (Hi-Sen), a famous landscape artist of our region. When young, Heysen Blue is quite firm and moist with a fresh, slightly cheddar flavour. As it ages, the flavour deepens and develops a greater fruity complexity with little salt and a rich melt in the mouth creaminess.
