OUR FACTORY
Deep in the heart of the Adelaide Hills, tucked away in the valley township of Lobethal is where the magic happens.
Our charming cheese factory resides within the historic walls of the Onkaparinga Woollen Mill that has stood since 1872. Once a manufacturing hub for quality textiles – now a new source of employment to the surrounding community and the birth-place of our handmade artisan cheese.
Our cheese is made by people and our local community is a huge focus of how and why we do business. Our staff base has continuously grown over the years, and we are lucky to have a fun-loving team that is made up of talented cheesemakers, wrappers/packers, warehouse workers, and our management team. Our team’s mission is to create exceptional Australian cheese and make it accessible to as many of our fellow Australian’s as possible.
